منظمة الأسرة العربية

The organization’s founding is to express the position and the importance occupied by the family in the Arab culture, and in the web and the social structure of Arab society. This establishment is a national and civilized necessary need.

Family is the cornerstone and building block in the Arab social structure and preserves the national identity, the Arab and Islamic values. The organization is the first bastion of socialization, civic and culture education; it is also a key tool for moving from one generation to another.

The family among Arabs is an active ingredient in the development, and economic, social, demographic structure evolution, and it consecrates on security, stability, and peace progress in society. Through its ​​long-Arab and international legitimacy, the organization has gained many things; as it became an observer member in the League of Arab States in accordance with resolution 3782. It also has become an active member of the World Family Organization and its president was elected as a member in the Executive Office of the World family organization.

It has been organized that the organization had its ups and downs through its ​​periods as it was exposed to crises and setbacks sometimes seen cases of recovery and the spread at other times. But the determination, strong will and faith that members and officers had shared helped in their continues steadily march towards the progress of the organization to achieve its goals and purposes it was established for.

إن تأسيس المنظمة تعبير عن المكانة والأهمية التي تحتلها الأسرة في الثقافة العربية ، وفي النسيج والبناء الاجتماعي للمجتمع العربي . فكان أنشاؤها ضرورة قومية وحضارية.

فالأسرة حجر الزاوية واللبنة الأساسية في البناء الاجتماعي العربي . وهي حافظة الهوية الوطنية والقيم العربية والإسلامية . وهي المعقل الأول للتنشئة الاجتماعية وللتربية الوطنية ، وحصن الثقافة وآداه رئيسية لانتقالها من جيل لآخر.

والأسرة عند العرب عنصر فعال في التنمية ، وفي تطور البنية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسكانية ، وفي تكريس التقدم والأمن والاستقرار والسلام في المجتمع.

ولقد اكتسبت المنظمة عبر مسيرتها الطويلة الشرعية العربية والدولية. فأصبحت عضواً مراقباً في جامعة الدول العربية وفقاً للقرار 3782 . كما أصبحت عضواً فاعلاً في منظمة الأسرة العالمية وانتخب رئيسها عضواً في المكتب التنفيذي للمنظمة العالمية.

لقد مرت المنظمة عبر مسيرتها بفترات مد وجزر . إذ تعرضت لازمات وانتكاسات أحياناً وشهدت حالات انتعاش وانتشار في أحيان أخرى. ولكن بالعزم والإرادة والإيمان الذي تمتعت به عناصرها وأعضائها ومسئوليها استمرت مسيرة المنظمة بالتقدم بثبات نحو تحقيق أهدافها والأغراض التي أنشأت من أجلها.
