- The Board of Management is elected by the General association which along with the Board of trustees are responsible of managing the organization's affairs and their relations as well as being the sponsoring authority for all activities and projects handled by the organization. From it proceeds an executive office which includes the President of the Organization (CEO), a Vice President, a General – Secretary, and the financial secretary. The organizations also has a consultant who is appointed by a decision of the Board of Directors and responsible to provide scientific and technical advice for the Executive Office and other fields.
- The organization practices its activities on both national and regional levels in cooperation, coordination, and partnership with the ministries, government institutions and civil society organizations concerned with family affairs and issues in the Arab countries; as well as with Arab and regional organizations such as the League of Arab States, institutions of joint Arab action and the specialized agencies of the United Nations and its own such as the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) and the International Labor Organization, UNICEF, UNFPA, UNESCO and others.
- It also carried out its international activities through partnership with specialized organizations such as the World Family Organization or other organizations related to the program or project under implementation.

- يتولى إدارة شؤون المنظمة وعلاقاتها وتسيير برامجها جمعية عامة ومجلس للأمناء الذي هو السلطة الراعية لنشاطات ومشاريع المنظمة ومجلس للإدارة منتخب من الجمعية العامة والذي يتولى تسيير الشؤون التنفيذية والإشراف والمتابعة لإعمال وأنشطة المنظمة وينبثق منه مكتب تنفيذي يضم رئيس المنظمة (رئيس مجلس الإدارة) ونائبه والأمين العام والأمين المالي ز وللمنظمة مستشار يعين بقرار من مجلس الإدارة يتولى تقديم المشورة العلمية والفنية للمكتب التنفيذي وغيره من المجالي الأخرى.
- تقوم المنظمة بأنشطتها على المستويين القطري والإقليمي بالتعاون والتنسيق والشراكة مع الوزارات والمؤسسات الحكومية والمنظمات الأهلية المعنية بشؤون الأسرة وقضاياها في الدول العربية . كذلك مع المنظمات العربية والإقليمية مثل جامعة الدول العربية ومؤسسات العمل العربي المشترك والوكالات المتخصصة للأمم المتحدة ولجانها الخاصة كاللجنة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لغربي آسيا (الاسكوا) ومنظمة العمل الدولية واليونيسيف وصندوق السكان واليونسكو وغيرها.
- وتضطلع بتنفيذ أنشطتها الدولية من خلال الشراكة مع المنظمات المتخصصة مثل منظمة الأسرة العالمية أو غيرها من المنظمات ذات العلاقة بالبرنامج أو المشروع قيد التنفيذ.
